Refund policy

All items from B2 Designs & Accessories are made to order and/or handcrafted with care.

Because of the nature of custom items,  ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the concern and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizing choices

  • Minor variations in color due to screen settings

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
