Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from B2 Designs & Accessories, you agree to the following terms:

• All products that are handmade or custom-created may have slight variations that add to their uniqueness.

• All ready-made and custom items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Customer-requested cancellations are not accepted after an order is placed.

• Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

• Please see our Shipping Policy for ready-made item processing and shipping estimates. Custom orders take 7–10 business days after full payment and final design approval. Business days are Monday through Thursday; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are not counted. 
  

• Processing times may vary during peak seasons or sales.

• We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

• Apparel items will not be refunded if wrong size(s) are ordered.           

• Prices vary due to size, detail of design, materials used & availability of materials.
